Training Packages
Includes training, program design and management, progress and goal tracking, unlimited phone and email consultations, motivation, nutritional guidance. Available only at Valencia Muscle & Fitness Gym. All training packages require prepayment, on-going commitment, training a minimum of 2x a week. On-going commitment is the best way for a client and a coach to stay on track and achieve your goals.
Fee: $65/hr - 2 or more sessions a week; $85/hr - 1 session a week

At home training
Training at home may be an issue of comfort, convenience or personal preference. You can expect to receive same great push and guidance at your private gym as you would at a fitness center.
Fee: $100/hour

Out of the area training
No matter if you are on a business trip, shooting on location or simply would like a real fitness expert work with you, you can expect Alexander to push, motivate and guide you for as long as needed.
Fee: $1000/day + cost of travel & accommodations

Consulting and workout/nutritional plan development
If you need someone in your corner to watch over you, monitor the progress and make changes in your regiment according to your goals, consulting option may be just what you need to reach your goals on time. Recommended for experienced athletes, pre-contest or off-season bodybuilders and figure competitors, performance athletes of high level. Contact for details.
Fee: $1000/3 months

In some cases special arrangements may be made for established long-term clients. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. 24-hour cancellation and 15 minute lateness policy applies to all sessions as stated in the ShulaSports Client Agreement. Training constitutes acceptance of the training agreement terms.
