1 - o n - 1   P e r s o n a l   T r a i n i n g

1-on-1 Personal Training will put you on an ultimate path to success, be it adding size, losing weight, getting some new ideas for your workout or simply getting you moving off the couch.

Providing you with the BEST path to your results is what it is all about, methods may appear unconventional and not something you would read in the typical fitness magazine, but just look at the results.

Locations/Fee's:

Valencia Street Muscle, (333 Valencia Street, San Francisco, CA)
1 session a week - $85/session.
2 or more a week - $65/session.

Gym SF, (2275 Market St, at 16th and Noe, San Francisco, CA)
1 session a week - $85/session.
2 or more a week - $75/session.

Other Gym's & Home Training
Starting rate - $85/session

Out of area (LAX;PSP;etc)
Per-engagement fee applies; Please contact for details.

In some cases special arrangements may be made for established long-term clients.
Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. 24-hour cancellation and 15 minute lateness policy applies to all sessions as stated in the ShulaSports Client Agreement. Training constitutes acceptance of the training agreement terms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


O n - L i n e   C o n s u l t i n g

If you didn't know, majority of competitive and professional athletes utilize services of a consultant, like myself. If you are confident that you can follow designed gym protocol on your own but need direction in the training and nutritional regiment, then you have come to the right place.

My services include full personalized workout and/or nutritional plan development and maintenance designed with your goals and abilities in mind. With select plans you receive unlimited access to me for the duration of the plan. I will make all of the necessary adjustments to your plan, helping you to achieve your goals within the alloted time-frame.

Workout Plan 1 - $150 - Includes Development of a workout plan.
Perfect for anyone looking for fresh workout ideas and NOT requiring any additional involvement on my part. I will create a quick and effective workout plan based on your experience, ability and goals. You tell me about yourself and your goals and I develop a personalised workout plan to fit your goals,lifestyle and ability.

Workout Plan 2 - $500 - Includes Development and Maintenance of your workout plan.
Perfect for anyone requiring detail oriented approach in their workout routine. Achieve your goals faster with a controlled and guided approach. You tell me about yourself and your goals and I develop and manage your personalised workout plan, teching you how to make adjustments to reach your goals FASTER! Length: 12-15 weeks.

Nutritional Plan - $700 - Includes Development and Maintenance of your nutritional plan.
No matter if you are new to fitness and just want to slim down for the summer, or if you are a competitive athlete who needs guidance during off-season OR contest prep. I will design a nutritional plan with your goals in mind and guide you toward your goal with regular adjustments to your plan, helping you reach your goal in time. Length: 12-15 weeks.

Nutritional and Workout Plan - $1000 - My most popular option.
Includes "Workout Plan 2" and "Nutritional Plan" programs. This plan is perfect for those wanting to take a step toward new level of development.
I will create an appropriate workout and nutritional plans for you and help you to get closer to your goals FASTER. Length: 12-15 weeks.
